SEMIFINAL ROUND ADJUDICATION REMINDERS
- Adjudicators will watch the video designated for the HONORS RECITAL in its entirety.
- Adjudicators will rank the singers in the semifinal. No student can receive the same rank as another student.
- Auditions will be ranked from 1 – __ (the number of singers in the room).

- There will be no written comments, and these ratings will not be returned to the teachers or students.

I hope this message finds you all well and having a wonderful start to your spring semesters! Registration opens on Monday, January 20, for our Spring 2025 Texoma Region Auditions. Please find essential information extracted from the attached PDF document to prepare for registration.
Please spend a few moments familiarizing yourself with the new requirements for Video Auditions that are outlined in-depth at the close of this message. It is imperative that you share the information with yourstudents and pianists and manage the details of the recordings and YouTube uploads carefully as recent
regulatory changes will impact the ability of your student videos to be adjudicated. Follow the step-by-step
instructions and you will have great success.
QUICK SUMMARY:
The Texoma NATS Spring Auditions will be held online utilizing the AuditionWare system beginning March 3, 2025.
The registration process for the auditions will open on Monday, January 20 th .
The registration deadline is Friday, February 14 th at 4:00 pm central time.
Video links are due Tuesday, February 25 th at 6:00 pm central time.
As a reminder, if you are submitting students to the auditions, you must be present and be available to judge for any session over the entire adjudication period (March 3-22).
