SELECTION PROCESS
A committee of Texoma members (including representatives from New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas) will perform a blind review of submissions and select presentations that reflect the diverse interests of the Texoma region members. All applicants will be notified regarding their submission for the 2026 Artist Series by August 1, allowing sufficient time for presenters to make the necessary arrangements for their presentation/performance to be a part of the Fall conference.
Artist Series proposals are reviewed and selected every year. “Rollovers” to the following year are not permitted; selected presenters must participate in the year of review, or, if unable to do so, may resubmit the proposal the following year.
