5. All voice professionals living within the boundaries of the Texoma region who are listed in the application will need to formally register for the conference.

6. Late submissions will not be considered (apply early! In case of tech problems).

Selection Process:

A committee of Texoma members (including representatives from Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma) will perform a blind review of submissions and choose presentations that reflect what our region members are most interested in learning about, provide the most informative, relevant, and diverse scholarship, and allow for a varied program. All applicants will be notified regarding their submission for the 2025 Artist Series by August 1, allowing sufficient time for selectees to make the necessary arrangements for their presentation/performance to be a part of the Fall conference.

Artist Series presenters do not receive compensation for their presentations. All NATS members in each proposal must register for the conference to participate on the Artist Series. Beyond registration, we encourage NATS members to be active participants in the conference. As a reminder, the 2025 Texoma Regional Conference will be hosted in-person by Baylor University, November 5-8, 2025.
