South Texas District Governor, Marion Russell Dickson has been named this year’s Texoma Region Emerging Leader of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. Marion has been an incredibly active member at the chapter (Greater Houston), district (South Texas), and region (Texoma) levels, and has held multiple offices within NATS. Marion’s positivity, professionalism, and leadership are great assets to the NATS organization, and she is most deserving of this honor.
