The new Texoma Region Independent Teacher Liaison, Laura Stevenson, has been named a 2014 Independent Teacher Fellow by the National NATS office. This fellowship is designed to recognize and support independent teachers who do not hold full or part-time teaching positions in a college or university. The grant allows the recipient to attend sessions, network with colleagues, and enjoy all the benefits available at NATS National Conferences.
