Congratulations to all those who participated in the Texoma district and regional rounds of the 2014 NATSAA competition on March 7 & 8 at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. I continue to be impressed with the level of singing artistry in our region. Six singers advanced from the district rounds on Friday to compete in Saturday’s region final. At the conclusion of Saturday’s final round, one winner was named along with a first and second alternate. Congratulations to Kelly Holst, the 2014 Texoma Region NATSAA winner. Kelly is from the Oklahoma District and will represent the Texoma region at the National Semi-finals in Boston on July 4, 2014. I also want to congratulate 1st Alternate, Candace Carpenter (West Texas District) and 2nd Alternate, Elizabeth Hott (North Texas District).”
